We’d be lost without Kristine. Kristine is the pillar of our team – she’s the mature, grown-up, level-headed leader. She’s an amazing mentor, our sounding board, and guide for all things recruitment. She assesses everything without emotion and never takes things personally. My favourite thing about her is she’s ALWAYS open to feedback, trying new things and hearing EVERYONE’S perspective. She has no ego (that’s to be admired).
Kristine has been instrumental in the development of AIP’s new services. She also has her CHRL and MHRM designation, providing HR council and services to our clients over the years. She’s been the longest standing AIPer having been with us for almost 14 years.
As a mom myself, I have to say, watching Kristine navigate motherhood and her career has been inspiring. Her calm demeanour sets the tone for our conversations, our prep work and our collaboration. Like I said, we’d be lost without her!
